HEIDF Project 475/2013 aims to financially support new laboratory equipment for education and experimental activities of students from the HEIDF means with faculty contribution.

  • Establishment of new technologies in laboratories and experimental education of Ph.D., master and bachelor programmes at the Faculty of Transport Engineering
  • Modernization and innovation of education in selected specialized subjects dealing with diagnostics and monitoring of construction layers of transport infrastructure
  • Creation of new study texts and materials which introduce the new technology of diagnostics and monitoring of transport structures
  • Creation of new Ph.D and master theses at the Faculty of Transport Engineering
  • Cutting-edge measurement device in combination with computer technology contributes to work and study motivation of students in educational process
  • Creation of class projects which are directly connected to evaluation of data acquired from field measurements
  • Establishment of collaboration with companies

On 25th May 2017, technical seminar GPR Roadshow Pardubice was held at the Faculty of Transport Engineering. This seminar was dealing with the Use of Groung Penetrating Radar in Civil Engineering. The seminar was organized by a team of members of the Department of Transport Structures within the scope of the TU1208 action of the COST programme.
