The faculty bears the name of an important Czech designer of railway lines – Jan Perner. The motto of the faculty – The World is in Motion, We Know How! – refers to the achievements of our graduates, who are sought-after specialists and managers at all levels. Already during their studies, they gain practical experience in the modern laboratories of the Educational and Research Centre in Transport, the Transport Hall or, for example, in the teaching laboratory “Central Control Room“. Thanks to the state-of-the-art technical facilities and varied expertise, they then find immediate employment in the job market. Our graduates find employment in the public sector and in private companies focused on transport and logistics services, construction of transport infrastructure, production and maintenance of transport vehicles, or electrical and electronic systems for transport. After obtaining the necessary licenses, graduates of the study programme focused on air transport become aircraft maintenance technicians or pilots. Many graduates also work in research and educational institutions or design offices. We offer Bachelor, Master and Doctoral study programmes. You can join us thanks to Erasmus+ as well.
