The presented project is focused on innovation and improvement of teaching of the Department of Transport Management, Marketing and Logistics, in accordance with the required profile of graduates, especially within the course Controlling. The main benefit of the project lies in the improvement of the educational process by implementing the managerial simulation game UNISIM into education. Greater interconnection of knowledge and skills represents a significant benefit not only for the students themselves, but also for their potential employers. The UNISIM simulation game is an effective way to innovate the teaching of economic and management subjects by combining all major business functions (sales, marketing, including product development and marketing communications, purchasing, manufacturing, logistics, finance and human resources management) with the overall economic performance of the enterprise.
