The aim of this project, carried out as part of an internship, is to develop and test advanced artificial intelligence algorithms and methodologies with colleagues from the University of Belgrade that can optimize planning, management, and operational processes in urban logistics, particularly in the area of last-mile delivery. Key areas include demand forecasting, real-time route optimization, dynamic resource allocation, and adaptive planning using machine learning techniques.
