Description:
The project is oriented toward the investigation of selected current issues in the field of transport vehicles and transport infrastructure, with particular emphasis on their technical, operational, and structural aspects. Its thematic scope corresponds with the ongoing research activities of doctoral students from the Departments of Transport Means and Diagnostics, Departments of Mechanics, Materials and Machine Parts, and Departments of Transport Structures, ensuring strong integration with existing scientific and educational objectives. The successful execution of the project is fundamentally supported by the specialized experimental and laboratory facilities of the Educational and Research Center in Transport (VVCD), which provide essential technical and methodological resources for the implementation of experimental investigations, validation of theoretical models, and achievement of the proposed research outcomes. Besides, the VVCD facilities promotes interdisciplinary collaboration among these departments, fostering the exchange of knowledge and methodological approaches.
