eng	Specific aspects of management in the postal sector	This report compares basic aspects of postal sector in the Czech republic and EU. Comparative criteria were chosen: ?postal sector specification, ?legal norms defining this field, ?postal sector special characteristics, ?and especially the postal sector regulation. In regard of projected orientation of the thesis on intended liberalisation of the Czech postal sector, the final part of this report is engaged in experiences and tendencies, which can be identified within EU, exactly in this area.	regulace, liberalizace, harmonizace
