eng	Analysis of the Wear Products	Wear debris formed from surface interaction is a valuable source of information on wear mechanism and mode. In this paper are presented results of morphology studies of isolated wear particles from motor oils and oil filters. There have been also analyzed selected particles, which had been separated from gearbox, hydraulic and compressor oils. A combination of the analytical ferrography and the scanning electron microscopy allows monitoring and complex classification of the wear process continuance joined with the wear of the transport means components.	wear, particle analysis, analytical ferrography, scanning electron microscopy, oil filters
