eng	Subjective Car Speed from the Driver´s Point of View	This article focuses on driver´s subjective perception of speed of a vehicle. The driver´s ability to take notice and maintain a speed without any knowledge of the speed was examined by a series of measurements. Experiments were conducted both in urban and rural areas and contained two types of tests - the driver´s ability to estimate the appointed velocity and to keep the appointed velocity.	subjective car speed;road-traffic safety;speed limit
