eng	Comparison of the Czech Republic Central State Budget Incomes from the Road and Rail Users in 2006	The target of the article is to analyze total incomes of the Central State Budget in the Czech Republic from the road and rail transport users in 2006. Firstly, it describes relevant legislative, the structure and concrete amount of taxes, fees and infrastructure charging which flow to the Central State Budget from the road and rail transport users. Secondly, it compares individual payments of road and rail transport with theoretical level of generated marginal costs. Lastly, it summarizes the results and comments possible disproportions.
