eng Model of Firm Strategy Process To prepare a firm strategy which is able to compete at EU unified market, thorough analysis of firm itself is highly needed. Without a complex analysis and estimation of firm position, measured with the new claims of European market, a firm has no chance to be successful in competition at EU unified market. This article maps single steps of model of firm strategy process. From starting position, making-up and creation of strategy, strategy implementation till up to an evaluating and control of a firm strategy.
