eng	Quality in Railway Transport in the Relation to Transport Infrastructure	This paper is engaged in the influence of transport infrastructure over quality in transport. It is also one of the bases for the author?s thesis with the title Delay from traffic and transport quality. The quality of transportation is heavily influenced by infrastructure quality. The main focus of this paper is only on the situation in railway transport thanks to the huge size of this problem. The railway transport has been chosen due to its problematic adaptability to acceptation of quality management. The main intent of this paper is on the time element in quality evaluation which has been detailed depictured in it.	Quality railway transport, transport infrastructure, time standpoint.
