Mezi další kladné efekty ze zavedení outsourcingu lze zahrnout zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti a pružnosti podniku, snížení rizika podnikání, příp. zlepšení vlastního řízení podniku. Hodnocení efektů outsourcingu představuje poměrně obtížný úkol, neboť existuje celá řada názorů, v jakých podmínkách je či není výhodné outsourcing zavést, v jakém rozsahu a jaké modely použít.

Increase of competitive advantage and enterprise flexibility, entrepreneurship risk reduction, in case company own management improvement are the facts, which can be included in other positive effects of outsourcing implementation.
