cze Systém tvorby jízdního řádu vlaků ČD s vazbou na systém Pathfinder a externí dopravce Jízdní řád vlaků Českých drah je sestavován pomocí tří systémů: CEV (Centrální editor vlaků), ASO (Automatizovaný systém oběhů) a SENA (Sestava nákresného jízdního řádu výpočetní technikou). Systém CEV je integrujícím článkem těchto systémů. Shromažďuje údaje pořízené v těchto systémech a poskytuje je ostatním informačním a řídícím systémům Českých drah. V rámci organizace FTE (Forum Train Europe) je provozován systém Pathfinder určený pro podporu tvorby jízdního řádu mezistátních vlaků. V roce 2004 se České dráhy rozhodly propojit svůj systém plánování jízdního řádu na systém Pathfinder pomocí CEV. Doposud byly vyvinuty tyto moduly CEV: manuální export národních vzorových kalendářů do Pathfinder, manuální export národních částí tras vlaků a národních dopravních bodů do Pathfinder a import zahraničních částí tras vlaků z Pathfinder. Vstupem České republiky do Evropské unie se železniční dopravní trh více otevřel dalším dopravcům. Vzniklo pracoviště nazvané OSS (One Stop Shop) zabezpečující prodej tras vlaků. Tyto změny vyžadovaly přepracování zejména systému CEV. V systému CEV byl vyvinut bezpečný víceuživatelský systém tvorby vlaků vyhovující potřebám jak dopravců, tak i provozovatelů dráhy. Pro pracoviště OSS se exportují údaje požadované pro kalkulaci kapacity dráhy pro jednotlivé dopravce. CEV, Pathfinder, jízdní řád vlaků, dopravce, One Stop Shop
eng ystem of Train Timetable Creation of Czech Railways with Binding to System Pathfinder and External Carriers Timetable of Czech Railways is being constructed by means of three systems: CEV (Central Editor of Trains), ASO (Automated System of Circulation) and SENA (Timetable Construction by Computer Technology). The CEV system is an integrating link among these systems. It gathers data entered in these systems and provides with it to the other information and control systems of Czech Railways. Within FTE (Forum Train Europe) organization the information system Pathfinder is operated. It serves for support of creation of the international train timetable. In year 2004 Czech Railways decided to interconnect their timetable planning system with the Pathfinder through the CEV system. For the present the following CEV modules have been developed: manual export of the national pattern periods to Pathfinder, manual export of the national train path sections and national traffic points to Pathfinder and manual import of the foreign train path sections from Pathfinder. Since the Czech Republic entered to the European Union the railway traffic market has become more opened to the other railway carriers. The workplace called One Stop Shop (OSS) has come into existence supplying the sale of train paths. These changes required remaking of the CEV system especially. Safe multi-user system of train creation has been developed in the CEV system satisfying the needs of both railway carriers and infrastructure managers.
