eng	Characteristic of Traffic - logistical Processes and Logistical Management	Many terms are used which are c1ose to being synonymous with logistics management, however the usage varies almost from organisation to organisation. There are a number of reasons for this. Firstly, practice has changed and is changing so rapidly. Secondly, the practitioners have not yet been able to sort out the terms and to establish common definitions for common practices. Thirdly, the lack of any professiona1 body which represents the whole profession which we wi1l refer to as the logistics management practitioners means that the profession is represented by a number of groups representing separate parts of logistics management.	logistic, logistic management
