eng	Megaterminal for Transloading From Road to Rail Busto Arsitio-Gallarate	The paper is taking up on opening of new terminal for transloading from road to rail and back. That terminal runs HUPAC and was created in the year 1992. Between years 2002 and 2005 was this terminal modernized and now is one of the biggest and most important for HUPAC. The paper describes what must be done before modernizing of the terminal nowadays. How hard is articulate so many terms like: environment, social point of view and sequence on other infrastructure or political support. The opening of that terminal permitted beginning of renovation of other terminals in North Italy.
