eng	Price Control in the Postal Sector	The article is engaged in regulation problems in the postal sector. It comes out from the regulation theory and proves justifiability of regulation in the postal sector. Price regulation comes from EU directive 97/67/EC requirements on this regulation, which states individual types of price regulation, it points on ineffective price regulation currently used in the Czech postal sector (especially within domestic services) and proposes more effective method of price regulation.	regulation, price, postal services, price-cap, Czech Post
