cze	Globalizace a moderní trendy řízení v dopravě	Současný vývoj managementu podnikatelských subjektů je charakterizován turbulentním a diskontinuálním prostředím a tomu odpovídajícími rychlými a razantními změnami průběhu podnikových procesů v podmínkách neurčitosti a rizika. Tento vývoj obecně i v dopravě směřuje od operačního managementu k managementu procesnímu v důsledku zásadního posunu paradigmatu řízení (změna industriálního paradigmatu v paradigma informační, resp. znalostní společnosti). Příspěvek upozorňuje na skutečnost, že exekutivní ani decizní sféra českých podnikatelských subjektů však zatím tento vývoj světového managementu neanticipovala. Využití moderních trendů řízení v oblasti dopravy je výrazně ovlivňováno dvěma faktory. Prvním faktorem jsou specifika sektoru dopravy. Jsou to specifika územně provozní. Druhým faktorem, ovlivňujícím možnosti uplatnění progresivních prvků současného pojetí managementu v české dopravě, je zpoždění reakce podnikatelské sféry dopravy na změny celosvětového vývoje osmdesátých a devadesátých let, zejména pak rozvoj prostředků a podmínek informační společnosti, rostoucí nasycenost trhu a jeho změny od trhu dodavatele k trhu zákazníka, diskontinuity ekonomického rozvoje, růst konkurence a globalizace světové ekonomiky.
eng	Globalization and Modern Trends in Transport Company Management	The turbulent and discontinuous environment influences the current development of business subjects. This development tends, not only generally but also in transport, from operational management to process management. It is the consequence of radical advance of paradigm of management (turn from industrial paradigm to information paradigm, usually known as knowledge society). The paper reminds the fact that the executive and decision-making sphere of Czech enterprises does not anticipate the progress of world management. Companies operate in the environment for which it is characteristic the faulted perception of development dynamics. Continual environment changes, increase of indeterminacy, risk of wrong decisions and increase of permanent competition interference the conditions of management style, which would be able to react on this state. The new management paradigm is developing that is adequate to information society and economy based on knowledge (knowledge management) including application of process management principles as last development step of management. Present progress of management of business subjects is characterized by turbulent and discontinuous environs, which rapid and fierce changes correspond with conditions of indeterminateness and risk. This progress tends from functional management to process management. The usage of modern management trends in transport leans on two fundamental approaches. The first approach is the specificity of transport sector that can be: 1. Territorially operating specificity, 2. Specific forms of integration of a transport system. The second approach is backwardness of reaction of transport business sphere on global development changes.	globalization, process management, transport company management
