Poskytovatel by měl nést odpovědnost nejen za budoucí služby, které bude poskytovat, ale také za některé důsledky chybových stavů. Tím je možné z velké části vyloučit budoucí spory o odpovědnost za vady a škody. I přesto v outsourcingu zůstává určitý podíl rizika, které nejde zcela eliminovat, a je nutné s tímto rizikem pracovat. eng Problems of Interface between Orderer and Supplier in Outsourcing of Transport-Logistics Processes and Related Risks There is necessary to determinate clearly the interface between customer and provider for effective function of outsourcing. Provider should bear responsibility not only for future provided services, but also for some consequences of imperfections. This fact enables from majority removing of future disputes over imperfections, errors and damages. In spite of this fact certain share of risk remains in outsourcing and it is not possible to eliminate totally this risk and it is necessary to work with it.
