eng	Localized damage of fiber reinforced beams using free hexagons	Fiber reinforced concrete becomes increasingly popular as a material in particular areas of civil and geotechnical engineering. Shotcretes of tunnel linings, special foundations, envelopes of underground power stations, deposits of niclear wastes, and others, are such. In the paper mathematical formulation of the fiber reinforced material starts with free hexagons, whitch are connected by nonlinear springs. Very weak formulation involving Fischera's conditions leads to the tensile and shear penalties and boundary elements. Stochastic distribution of fibers is derived from a set of tests in laboratory. The behavior of hexagonal particles is described by boundary elements, which enable us to relate the interfacial tractions and displacement in the same order of polynomials so that the spring law can be corretly specified.
