eng	Financing the universal postal service in a fully liberalized postal market environment in Czech Republic	The paper deals with finishing of the liberalisation process of Czech and EU postal services sector. Consequently it deals with the problematic of universal postal service financing in fully liberalized market. This problem could be relevant especially in case the net costs of universal postal service exist and represent unfair financial burden for universal service provider. Recently Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic set out the proposal of the new postal act (as a transposition of Directive 2008/6/EC). This proposal of course includes also principles of universal postal service financing. So it is useful to compare the EU and Czech method of financing universal service and consequently set some recommendations from the Czech point of view.	universal postal sevice; financing; liberalized postal market; Czech Republic
