cze PŘÍPRAVNÉ EXPERIMENTY S CISTERNOVÝM VOZIDLEM JAKO PODKLAD PRO VÝZKUM KLOPNÉ STABILITY Jednou z hlavních oblastí výzkumu, kterým se zabývá katedra dopravních prostředků a diagnostiky, je klopná stabilita silničních vozidel. Katedra mj. vyvíjí dynamický matematický model cisternového vozidla, který bude zahrnovat i vliv pohybu kapaliny. Tento model bude použit pro popsání dynamického prahu překlopení a procesů, které jsou s ním spojeny. Tento článek popisuje přípravné experimenty, které provedlo oddělení silničních vozidel katedry dopravních prostředků a diagnostiky s těžkým cisternovým nákladním automobilem Tatra T 148 CAP. Tyto experimenty posloužily částečně pro sběr dat pro matematický model a částečně pro ověření funkčnosti a použitelnosti metod měření navržených pro následnou hlavní sérii experimentů. Jednalo se zejména o zjištění výškové polohy těžiště, klopného momentu setrvačnosti vozidla, nalezení vztahů pro přepočet fyzikálních veličin u nepřímých metod měření a ověření metod měření při jízdních zkouškách. Výsledky těchto přípravných experimentů budou využity pro následnou sérii hlavních experimentů – jízdních zkoušek, které budou vykonávány s různými stupni plnění cisterny při různých rychlostech jízdy a poslouží k odladění a následně verifikaci matematického modelu. cisternový vůz; stabilita proti převrácení; experimentální určení momentů setrvačnosti
eng PRELIMINARY EXPERIMENTS WITH A TANK VEHICLE AS A BACKGROUND FOR ROLLOVER STABILITY RESEARCH One of the main research areas carried out by the section of road vehicles of the department of transport means and diagnostic is rollover stability. A mathematical model of a tank vehicle including the influence of sloshing liquid is being developed at the department. The model is going to be used for a description of dynamic rollover treshold and connected processes. The article describes preliminary experiments carried out by the section of road vehicles of the department of transport means with a heavy tank vehicle Tatra T 148 CAP. The experiments were used to acquire basic data for the model and to prove functionality and usability measurement and test methods proposed for the main set of experiments. The article describes methods for the determination of the vertical position of the vehicle centre of gravity, for the determination of the vehicle roll moment of inertia, for finding conversion ratios of physical quantities for indirect measurement methods and measurement methods check during real driving tests. The results acquired from the preliminary experiments are going to be used for subsequent set of main experiments (driving tests) that will be carried out at different load levels and speeds with the purpose to tune and later to verify the model. tank vehicle; rollover stability; experimental determination of inertia moments
