eng	Project management and its more effective processes	Article discusses the problems in project management, where it is currently be able to find several aspects that lead to adverse the economic and the non-economic consequences in the project management. In the first region can be described in a few cases high turnover of staff in positions of the project managers and the team players, of course also non-significant principles of project management (e.g. according to the methodology IPMA) and as further downside can be called the wrong set of an information flow that causes problems in deciding the employees who are related to a specific project.
