cze Simulační modul procesu odbavení a bezpečnostní kontroly cestujících v terminálu letiště Příspěvek se bude zabývat možnosti optimalizace procesu odbavení a bezpečnostní kontroly cestujících v terminálu letiště s využitím simulačního programu. Navržený model vychází z reálných parametrů a je simulován v prostředí programu Technomatix Plant Simulation. V tomto programu bude simulován výchozí stav řešení tak i návrhy změn způsobů odbavení a bezpečnostní kontroly a jejich následné vyhodnocení. Při simulaci bude využito teorie hromadné obsluhy. V principu se jedná o hromadění zákazníků a tedy požadavků do front před zařízením, které poskytuje určitou formu obsluhy. Omezujícími kritérii pro optimalizaci jsou provozní podmínky letištního terminálu, finanční prostředky a s tím související personální zdroje, právní normy vztahující se k bezpečnosti v letecké dopravě a zachování ukazatele míry komfortu. simulační modul; bezpečnostní kontrola; terminál letiště;
eng The Simulation of Passenger Check-In and Security Check in an Airport Terminal The paper deals with the possibilities of optimizing the process of passenger check-in and security checks in the airport terminal using simulation program. The proposed model is based on real parameters and is simulated in the environment of the Tecnomatix Plant Simulation. The program will be simulated baseline solutions and proposals for amendments ways and security clearance checks and their subsequent evaluation. In the simulation is used queuing theory. In principle, it is an accumulation of customer requirements and therefore to the front before the device that provides a form of service.
