eng	Parallel urban public transport lines in the estates	This article is focused on the mathematical derivation of the optimal spacing between parallel urban public transport lines in the estates. The first part of the article deals with the mathematical derivation of the rule recommending the spacing between the lines equal to the distance, which can be passed by walking in the double time of the interval on the lines.
