Dopravu, logistiku a marketing je nutné chápat jako systém činností, které spolu souvisí. Základem pro tvorbu tohoto systému je analýza požadavků zákazníků a nabídky konkurence. Při rozhodování o uplatnění logistiky a marketingu v dopravě vyvstávají otázky související s volbou dalšího strategického směřování podniku. Management se tak dostává k rozhodovacímu problému, kdy je nucen volit formu implementace uvedených činností do činnosti firmy, přičemž tyto činnosti je třeba vnímat z hlediska komplexního pojetí zákaznicky nabízených služeb. Rozhodování v oblasti dopravy se přitom stává stále více komplexním v souvislosti s rozsahem alternativ, vícenásobným počtem cílů, přičemž ty mohou být navzájem neslučitelnými, a také v souvislosti s dynamicky se měnícím prostředím. Příspěvek pojednává o stanovení možných způsobů implementace logistiky a marketingu v rámci dopravy (dopravní firmy), přičemž je rovněž posuzována vhodnost jednotlivých variant implementace dle definovaných kritérií.	logistika;marketing;doprava;rozhodovací problém
eng	Implementation of logistics and marketing in transport	The issue of application of logistics and marketing in transport is characterized by wide context. Transport, logistics and marketing must be understood as a system of related activities. The basis for the creation of this system is analyzing of customer requirements and offer competition too. When deciding on the application of marketing logistics and transport raises issues associated with the choice of further strategic direction of the company. Management thus getting to the decision problem, when forced to choose the form of implementation of the activities in the company's activities, and these activities should be seen in terms of a comprehensive approach to customer services. The transport decisions becoming more and more comprehensive, mainly with regard to the scope of alternatives, the number of multiple targets. Targets can be incompatible with each other, and also in the context of a dynamically changing environment. This paper deals with the identification of possible ways of implementation of logistics and marketing in transport (transport companies), while also assessed the suitability of each variant implementations according to defined criteria.	logistics;marketing;transport;decision problem
