cze Investice do vzdělání jako složka intelektuálního kapitálu v kontextu problematiky genderu Problematika intelektuálního kapitálu je v současné době velmi aktuálním tématem, a to ve vztahu k přesahu tohoto fenoménu do všech činností národního hospodářství jednotlivých států. Aktuální trendy výzkumu se v daném tématu ubírají cestou hledání souvislostí a analýzou vývoje trendů, které by mohly poskytnout nové informace v procesu efektivního řízení složek intelektuální kapitálu. Významnou proměnnou, která se v posledních několika letech stala významným prvkem v procesu hodnocení ekonomického potenciálu společnosti, je problematika genderu. S výše definovanými tématy se pojí i hlavní cíl příspěvku, tj. potvrzení společenské predikce o rozdílném postavení žen a mužů v procesu vzdělávání, konkrétně v procesu investic do vzdělávání. K zajištění vysoké míry erudice příspěvku, bude datový soubor definující hodnocení investic do vzdělávání z pohledu genderové problematiky podstoupen statistickému testování tak, aby se v závěru deklarované výstupy mohly považovat za relevantní a přínosné pro vědu. eng Investment in education as a component of intellectual capital in the context of gender issues The issue of intellectual capital is currently a very actual topic in relation to the overhang of this phenomenon to all activities of the national economy of each country. The actual research trends in the topic find a connections and analysis of the development trends that could provide new information on the process of effective management components of intellectual capital. Very significant phenomenon that has become an important element in the process of evaluating the economic potential of the society is the issue of gender. The main objective of the paper is confirmation predictions about different of gender equality in education, particularly in the process of investment in education. Data file that defines the evaluation of investment in education from the gender perspective will be undergone statistical testing of the reason for ensure high degree of erudition.
