eng Sustainable transport and logistics and its impact on transaction costs in the export price The advancing globalization and the onset of the new economy shifted costs in the export price towards another type of export transaction costs, which have the character of an investment and form the basis for the presumption of sustainability of the exporting company in the international market. One of the transaction costs in the export price is also international transport and logistics. In this context, the paper presents an analysis of the hypothetical structure of transaction costs in the export price on the basis of an international purchase agreement with a focus on costs that increase the sustainable added value. The aim of this paper is to point out the changing position of transport and logistics, its impact on the structure of transaction costs in the export price and to point out the ability of integrated information and communication systems to increase the sustainable added value and the competitiveness of export. transaction costs;export price;logistics;transport
