For effective utilization of capacity limits, it is necessary to continue this process so that the rail transport could be operated on a periodic schedule as the basis of an integrated transport system that would create an efficient and passenger attractive alternative to individual car transport. The article deals with the implementation of the proposed timetable to different variants of gradual applying to double track line, as well as finding an optimal solution to the problem. Finally, the article addresses the comparison of the rate of road and rail transport, and mentions the possibility of co-financing of the new OPD.	capacity;double-track section;periodic timetable
