cze Využití elearningu při základním výcviku pilotů Computer based training (CBT) nebo později Web based training (WBT) je pro různé druhy výcviku v oblasti letecké dopravy využíván velmi dlouhou dobu. Bohužel je tento způsob výcviku používán ve většině případů pouze pro teoretickou přípravu pilotů, kteří chtějí získat některou z vyšších pilotních licencí (CPL nebo ATPL). Pro výcvik začínajících pilotů (SPL, LAPL, PPL) používá CBT v ČR jen velmi málo leteckých škol. I přesto, že příslušné předpisy stanovují osnovy a rozsah výuky v jednotlivých kurzech, neexistuje na úrovni státní správy (CAA) zpracovaný a veřejně přístupný CBT kurz pro výcvik pilotů. Teoretické zkoušky jsou přitom vykonávány právě u CAA. Přitom pro začínající piloty je velmi důležité mít možnost si některé části teoretické výuky zopakovat nebo věnovat jejich studiu více času než je stanoveno příslušnou osnovou výcviku. Kromě výcviku pilotů je možné CBT použít i pro výcvik dalších leteckých specialistů např. k výcviku dispečerů v leteckých společnostech. I v tomto případě je situace z pohledu CAA stejná jako v přípravě pilotů. Tento příspěvek je zaměřen na procesy a postupy, kterými bude možné začlenit CBT do přípravy pilotů a dalších leteckých specialistů na různých úrovních výcviku. Zpřístupnění jednotlivých výcvikových lekcí u CAA povede ke zvýšení kvality přípravy leteckých specialistů a ke snížení počtu neúspěšných pokusů u teoretických zkoušek. Pilotní licence; elearning
eng Implementation of computer based training into basic pilot license courses The Computer Based Training (CBT) or the Web Based Training (WBT) has been used for various types of training in the field of air transport for a long time. Regrettably, this method of training has been used in most cases only for a theoretical preparation of pilots who apply for some higher pilot license (Commercial Pilot License or Airline Transport Pilot License). Only a few flight schools in the Czech Republic use the CBT for the training of student pilots and for lessons in basic pilot licenses courses (Sailplane Pilot License, Light Aircraft Pilot License or Private Pilot License). Despite the fact that the relevant regulations define the structure and the scope of lessons in the particular courses, there is no publicly accessible CBT course for pilots created by state administration (Czech Aviation Authority) even though the theoretical exams are performed under the supervision of Czech Aviation Authority. For the student pilots, it is very useful to have a possibility to review some parts of the theoretical course or pay more time than it is set by relevant regulations for some lessons. Apart from the fact that CBT can be used for a training of pilots, it is possible to use the CBT for training of other aviation specialists e. g. airline dispatchers. In this case, the situation is the same as in the training of pilots from the Czech Aviation Authority point of view. This paper is focused on processes and procedures which enable the implementation of CBT into the training of pilots and other aviation specialists at different levels. Free access to particular training lessons on the Czech Aviation Authority web page will lead to improvement of the training quality of aviation specialists and to a reduction of unsuccessful theoretical exams attempts.
