cze Ochrana kritické infrastruktury proti chemickému útoku - Project CIPAC Udržování funkčnosti a zajištění bezpečnosti kritické infrastruktury je jedním z kritických aspektů národní bezpečnosti. Zajištění národní bezpečnosti již není (nejen) problémem vojenského bezpečnostního sektoru, ale je to především problém sociální, sociálně-politický a ekonomický. Moderní evropský bezpečnostní výzkum, podporovaný od roku 2007 [1,2] sociálními grantovými výzvami, jako je H2020 – Bezpečnostní společnosti [3] nebo GŘ pro migraci a vnitřní záležitosti – Terorismus a další související s bezpečností [3,4], si klade za cíl: „chránit občany, společnost a ekonomiku a také infrastrukturu a služby." Tyto cíle zahrnují ochranu kritické infrastruktury před záměrnými antropogenními hrozbami. V tomto článku chceme představit projekt CI-PAC. Tento projekt je výzkumným projektem financovaným Evropskou komisí v rámci programu Terrorism and other Security Related Risks (CIPS). V rámci tohoto článku bychom rádi poukázali na možnosti rozvoje manažerských dovedností nejen z definovaných sektorů kritické infrastruktury, ale také z různých ekonomických sektorů jako je např. návrháři a architekti systémů fyzického zabezpečení těchto objektů, včetně příslušných vládních organizací, odpovědných za dodržování a kontrolu ochranných opatření kritické infrastruktury [5] kritická infrastruktura; bezpečnost; riziko; management
eng Critical Infrastructure Protection Against Chemical Attack - Project CIPAC Maintaining functionality and ensuring the security of critical infrastructure is one of the critical aspects of national security. Ensuring national security is no longer (not only) a problem of the military security sector, but it is above all a social, socio-political and economic problem. Modern European security research, supported since 2007 [1,2] by social grant challenges such as H2020 – Security Societies [3] or DG Migration and Home Affairs – Terrorism & other Security-related [3,4], aims to: "protect citizens, society and the economy, as well as infrastructure and services'. These objectives include the protection of critical infrastructure against intentional anthropogenic threats. In this article, we want to introduce the CI-PAC project. This project is a research project funded by the European Commission within the Terrorism and other SecurityRelated Risks (CIPS) Program. In the context of this article, we would like to point out the possibilities of managerial skills development not only from defined critical infrastructure sectors, but also from various economic sectors such as physical security systems designers and architects of these sites, including relevant governmental organizations, responsible for compliance and review of the Critical infrastructure protection measures [5] critical infrastructure; security; risk; management
