cze	Multifyzikální kontaktní simulace v aplikacích vozidel	Multifyzikální kontaktní chování je důležité v mnoha oborech souvisejících s automobilovým průmyslem. V současné době se systémy tepelného managementu akumulátorových elektrických vozidel (BEV) zabývají kontaktem mezi tělesy, kde dochází k mechanické, elektrické a tepelné interakci. Samotné řízení teploty baterie je zásadní pro životnost článků, bezpečnost a každodenní výkon vozidla. Komplexní a přesná simulace multifyzického kontaktu je tedy důležitou součástí vývoje vozidla. Multifyzikální kontakt je reprezentován dvěma nebo více tělesy pod aplikovaným mechanickým zatížením a proudem nebo teplem vedeným realizovanou kontaktní plochou. Množství vedeného proudu/tepla nebo generovaného Jouleova tepla je funkcí kontaktní plochy a také kontaktního tlaku, takže strukturální simulace by měla být zásadní pro takové simulace systému tepelného managementu Většina současných kompletních akumulátorů CFD simulace chlazení zjednodušily multifyzikální kontakt jako ideální. Detailní modelování kontaktů je časově náročné, a proto nelze použít pro úplné modelování vozidla. V této práci byl implementován proveditelný přístup založený na křivkách přechodového odporu. eng	Multi-physical contact simulation in Vehicle applications	Multi-physical contact behaviour is important in multiple disciplines related to the automotive indus-try. Nowadays battery-electric vehicles’ (BEV) thermal management systems deal with contact be-tween bodies where mechanical, electric, and thermal interaction occurs. The battery thermal manage-ment itself is crucial for cell life, safety, and everyday vehicle performance. Thus, comprehensive and accurate simulation of the multi-physical contact is a vital part of vehicle development. The multi-physical contact is represented by two or more bodies under applied mechanical load and a current or heat conducted throughout the realized contact area. The amount of conducted current/heat or gener-ated Joule heat is the function of the contact area as well as contact pressure, thus the structural simu-lation should be essential for such thermal management system simulations Most of the current full vehicle battery pack CFD cooling simulations simplified the multi-physical contact as ideal. Detailed contact modelling is time-consuming, hence not applicable for the full vehicle modelling. In this work, a feasible approach based on contact resistance curves was implemented. Furthermore, the work demonstrates the necessity of correct structural contact prediction for a joule heating and thermal so-lution.
