cze Přehled zelených praktik v České republice: Výzvy a zavádění systému Lean Supply Chain Management Tento příspěvek je zaměřen na přehled systému řízení štíhlého dodavatelského řetězce v automobilovém průmyslu České republiky. Posouzeny budou také zelené praktiky, které jsou nedílnou součástí řízení dodavatelského řetězce v automobilovém průmyslu České republiky. Hlavní výsledek výzkumu je zaměřen na zhodnocení výzev při implementaci systému řízení štíhlého dodavatelského řetězce v automobilovém průmyslu České republiky. Implementace konceptu štíhlé výroby se zdá být pokročilejší v automobilovém průmyslu se zaměřením na efektivitu nákupního procesu, proto je štíhlost prvním racionálním krokem, který tyto společnosti podnikají ke snížení úspor nákladů. Volbu automobilového průmyslu pro tento příspěvek lze přičíst skutečnosti, že automobilový průmysl v České republice je celosvětově propojen a automobilová výroba je vertikálně integrována do dodavatelských řetězců. Vzhledem k tomu, že Česká republika je nedílnou součástí zemí V4, je region V4 v Evropě středem zájmu automobilového sektoru v Evropě. Česká republika je navíc mezi V4 na druhém místě, na prvním místě je Slovensko. Nicméně, výběr republiky lze pro tuto práci ospravedlnit, neboť jde o sdružení automobilového průmyslu, kde je téměř 66 % všech zaměstnanců automotive zaměstnáno v dodavatelských firmách. Velcí dodavatelé českého trhu také odebírají na lokální i světové trhy. Studie bude integrovat dva různé přístupy, štíhlý a zelený. eng Review of Green Practices in the Czech Republic: Challenges and Implementation of Lean Supply Chain Management System This paper is focused on the review of the lean supply chain management system in the automobile industry of the Czech Republic. The green practices that are integral to the supply chain management in the automotive industry of the Czech Republic will also be assessed. The main result of the research is focused on assessing the challenges encountered during the implementation of a lean supply chain management system in the automobile industry of the Czech Republic. The implementation of the lean concept appears to be more advanced in the automotive industry with a focus on the efficiency of the procurement process, therefore lean is the first rational step undertaken by these companies to reduce cost-saving. The choice of the automobile industry for this paper can be attributed to the fact that the automobile industry in the Czech Republic is globally interconnected and automotive production is vertically integrated into supply chains. As the Czech Republic is an integral part of V4 countries, the V4 region in Europe is a focus of the car manufacturing sector in Europe. Moreover, the Czech Republic is ranked second among V4, the first ranking is held by Slovakia. Nonetheless, the selection of the Republic can be justified for this work as it is an association of the automotive industry, wherein almost 66% of all automotive employees are employed in the supplier companies. Large suppliers of the Czech market also source to the local and global markets. The study will integrate the two diverse approaches of lean and green. So that the green practices associated with the Czech automobile sector can be reviewed, and the challenges faced by the Czech automotive industry can be analysed for the implementation of the lean approach. supply chain management; lean supply chain management; green practices; automobile industry;
