cze	Technologický trojúhelník – nástroj pro udržitelnou a dostupnější veřejnou dopravu	Technologický trojúhelník je nematematické znázornění vztahu mezi charakteristikami dopravní infrastruktury, dopravním provozem a provozním konceptem v konkrétním regionu. Pouze díky synergickému účinku těchto tří pilířů mohou železniční podnik, správce infrastruktury a objednatel dosáhnout optimálního využití zdrojů. Tento článek zkoumá praktické důsledky zavedení tohoto přístupu v rámci českého železničního systému. Cílem této iniciativy je zvýšit atraktivitu železniční dopravy v dané oblasti. To je jediný způsob, jak zajistit dlouhodobou udržitelnost takového investičně náročného druhu dopravy, jakým je železnice. Zároveň je nezbytné vyvíjet tlak na orgány, aby zaváděly koncepční, systematická a předvídatelná opatření. Proces zavádění změn v dopravní infrastruktuře je zdlouhavý a obvykle trvá několik let od počátečních fází přípravy až po realizaci projektu. Značná část železničních stanic jsou stanice mezilehlé, proto je nezbytné vytvořit rámec pro zavedení standardních řešení pro tyto stanice. Současné stanice musí zvyšovat komfort cestování a zlepšovat přístupnost infrastruktury. Tento přístup je v souladu se strategickými prioritami jak orgánu objednatele, tak manažera infrastruktury. Je povinností správce železniční infrastruktury maximalizovat automatizaci na mezilehlých stanicích, čímž podpoří požadavky jízdního řádu a umožní efektivní řízení dopravy, jakož i uspokojení potřeb všech uživatelů technologického trojúhelníku. Pokud stát považuje úpravy infrastruktury za nezbytný předpoklad pro zavedení daného dopravního konceptu, je jeho povinností zajistit, aby tyto úpravy byly dlouhodobě udržitelné. V opačném případě může dojít k neefektivnímu využívání zdrojů. eng	Technological Triangle – Making Public Transport Sustainable and More Accessible	The technological triangle is a non-mathematical representation of the relationship between the characteristics of transport infrastructure, modes of transport, and the operational concept in a specific region. It is only through the synergistic effect of these three pillars that the railway undertaking, infrastructure manager, and authority can achieve optimal resource utilisation. This article examines the practical implications of implementing this approach within the Czech railway system. The objective of the initiative is to enhance the appeal of rail transport within the area. This is the only way to ensure the long-term sustainability of such an investment-intensive mode of transport as railways. Concurrently, it is imperative to exert pressure on the authorities to implement conceptual, systematic, and predictable measures. The process of implementing changes to transport infrastructure is a protracted one, typically spanning several years from the initial stages of preparation through to the project's execution. A significant proportion of railway stations are classified as intermediate stations; therefore, it is imperative to establish a framework for implementing standard solutions for such stations. Contemporary stations must enhance travel comfort and improve accessibility to infrastructure. This approach is consistent with the strategic priorities of both the PSO authority and the railway undertaking. It is incumbent upon the railway infrastructure manager to maximise automation at intermediate stations, thereby supporting timetable requirements and enabling efficient traffic management, as well as meeting the needs of all users of the technological triangle. If the state deems infrastructure modifications a prerequisite for implementing a given transportation concept, it is the state's responsibility to ensure that these modifications are sustainable in the long term.
