Tento článek se v žádném případě nesnaží pokrýt celý rozsah činností, které protiteroristická strategie zahrnuje. Soustřeďuje se na ty body, které jsou v kompetenci místních a regionálních orgánů, a především na ty, které se týkají provozování veřejných dopravních služeb. Přesněji, tento článek se snaží identifikovat některé problémy, na které by se tyto orgány měly soustředit (a v mnoha případech se jimi už zabývají) a specifikovat, jaká hodnota může být přidána k tomuto úsilí díky spolupráci s jinými členskými státy na úrovni EU.
eng	Transport and its Safety	The article deals with safety threat in whole EU transport system from view terrorism. This article does not try to cover whole range of activities, which the counterterrorism strategy includes. It concentrates on points that are in the competency of local and regional organs, and above all on those, which concern the pursuit of public transport services. More precisely, this article tries to identify some problems, on which these authorities should concentrate (and they do really deal with them in many cases) and specify what value can be added to this effort thanks to the cooperation with other member states at the level EU.	transport;EU;cooperation
