cze	Možný přístup k určení optimální lokace veřejných logistických center v České republice	V textu je uveden možný postup řešení při hledání optimální polohy logistických center v České republice. Tento problém patří do třídy lokačních úloh. Úloha je v charakteristická tím, že je obecně umísťováno několik obslužných center stejného typu a tato centra budou využívána skupinou zákazníků rovněž stejného typu. Proto nezáleží na tom, které umísťované centrum slouží kterému zákazníkovi. Tuto třídu problémů, nazývanou jako lokačně?alokační úlohy, lze řešit v rovinném prostoru. Úloha lokace (tedy rozhodování o umístění) byla řešena současně s úlohou alokace (tedy rozhodování o tom, které centrum bude sloužit kterému zákazníkovi). V případě, že kapacita navrhovaných center nebude omezená, lze v podstatě vystačit se dvěma typy údajů: souřadnicemi umístění obsluhovaných objektů (zákazníků) a velikostmi jejich požadavků. Velikost požadavků byla zadána jako velikost přepravních proudů mezi jednotlivými kraji České republiky (silniční přeprava zboží, železniční přeprava zboží, přeprava zboží po vnitrozemských vodních cestách). Zvolené členění je poměrně dost hrubé, ale musí být bráno jako postačují, protože přesnější data nejsou k dispozici. Z několika variant řešení byla nakonec vybrána (vzhledem k hustotě existujících nebo plánovaných logistických center ve Slovenské republice nebo ve Spolkové republice Německo) varianta s 5 logistickými centry.
eng	An Approach for Finding the Optimal Location of Public Logistic Centres in the Czech Republic	The text deals with an approach for finding the optimal location of public logistic centres in the Czech Republic. This particular problem can be characterized as follows: all the new facilities (logistic centres) are of the same type and all the existing facilities (customers) are of the same type, so it does not matter which logistic centre serves which customer. This class of problems is called multifacility location-allocation problems: the location and allocation problems are solved simultaneously. The problem was solved as planar location problem with Euclidean distance. In the case when the capacities of logistic centres are unlimited, only two types of data are sufficient for the solution: coordinates of existing facilities (customers) and amount of their demand. The amount of demand was considered as the flow of goods among 14 administrative regions (road transport of goods, railway transport of goods and inland water transportation of goods). The chosen structure of territory is quite rough but more accurate data were not available. There were calculated several variants; as the most suitable (when considering density of existing of planned logistic centres in Germany or Slovakia) was evaluated the variant with 5 logistic centres.	public logistic centres, location
