8th August 2023

A Dissemination Event took place at the University of Pardubice, Faculty of Transport Engineering. Within the scope of this event, interested employees of the University of Pardubice, Faculty of Transport Engineering, University of Žilina, and Railway Company Slovakia got acquainted with the progress of the project investigation and the project results.

15th June 2023

A Transnational Project Meeting took place in the historical building of the University of Greenwich. Representatives of all members of the project investigation consortium attended the meeting. The content of the meeting focused mostly on finalisation of course contents and learning outcomes of the safety-critical railway operations education modules.

10th March 2023

Petr Vnenk, Özgür Yurdakul, Dalibor Gottwald and Martin Vojtek finished creation of course contents and learning outcomes for the educational modules of safety-critical tasks in the areas of railway infrastructure, management and signalling.

6th September 2022

The second Transnational Project Meeting took place in the building of the BEST Institut für berufsbezogene Weiterbildung und Personaltraining GmbH in Vienna. Representatives of all members of the project investigation consortium attended the meeting. The content of the meeting focused mostly on finding of courses and required programme qualifications intersection, preparation of intersection matrices and discussion on implementation of new courses in the field of railway operation safety.

10th June 2022

A Transnational Project Meeting took place in the historical building of the University of Pardubice. Representatives of all members of the project investigation consortium attended the meeting. The meeting was organised in a hybrid form. The content of the meeting focused mostly on specifications of programme and field qualifications for a felicitous setting of safety-critical railway operations education modules.

7th April 2022

A meeting of the investigation team was held – again in the online form, via Zoom platform, due to the international coronavirus situation. Investigators focused mostly on discussion on the research progress, comparison of data gained from the particular countries and preparation of the next meeting, which was scheduled to be held in the present form at the University of Pardubice.

29th June 2021

Petr Vnenk, Dalibor Gottwald and Martin Vojtek finished the first research report on safety-critical tasks in the areas of railway infrastructure, management and signalling for the purpose of international comparison within scope of the project.

4th June 2021

Another meeting of investigators was held in the beginning of June – again online, via Zoom platform. Investigators discussed research in the particular involved countries and distribution of further tasks and dates within the project investigation.

8th April 2021

The project kick-off meeting originally scheduled at the Eskişehir Technical University could not be realized as a physical meeting due to the coronavirus pandemic. Therefore, the organizers at the Eskişehir Technical University modified the meeting to be held online via Zoom platform. Representatives from all the members of the investigation consortium took part at the meeting.
