The project supports the development of personal skills, expertise and erudition of promising researchers and academic beneficiaries and partners in the field of transport research. The primary objective of the project is greater involvement of domestic experts in the international research and transfer of know-how to other researchers and professionals. Objectives of the project will be met by completing internships at major western transport-research institutions. Czech researchers will improve their ability to interact with international top scientists and subsequently to disseminate their knowledge in seminars and workshops designed for academics. The successful outcome of the project will be to include a team of researchers and academic beneficiaries and partners in international research consortia and submit their own projects in the calls announced by the European Commission in the field of transport such as FP 7 EU and EU FP8. There will be a training program to support the education of new talent in the transport research.
