During the teaching process of the subject Economic and Transport Geography I found out that students have still major problems with the understanding of terms such as latitude and longitude, ortodroma, important routes for freight water transport or time zones. Therefore it would be appropriate contents of the second and third lectures (and thus exercise) supplemented with practical help in the form of an interactive globe. The purchase could clarify all of the above mentioned terms. Its use, will find in the globe as well in the transport geography at closer geographic description of each major transport routes.
