The ongoing tests deal with the structural repair of the pre-damaged columns in a framed structure and retrofitting them before any damage by carbon-fiber-reinforced polymer sheets (CFRPs). The experimental performances are investigated under quasi-static cyclic loading. The following experimental program will cover a pseudo-dynamic test of the scaled-two-story two-bay frame under the different intensities of the given record. Therefore, the main focus will be given to the pseudo-dynamic test method and control system of the hydraulic equipment. Overall, it is believed that the whole topics of training and capacity building in the call proposal fit the scope
