The department provides students of the FTE with teaching of compulsory, optional courses and compulsory options in the field of transport technology and control. That includes e.g. theory of transport processes, control theory, technology and management of transport (above all railway, road and combined transport), applied operational research, modelling and simulation models in transport, transport routing and planning on the regional or urban level, intermodal transport etc.
