eng	Factors of Transportation Business Development of the Czech Railways, Point Stock Company	This contribution deals first with the organizational structure of the Czech rail, regarding its transformation which took place three years ago. Secondly the contribution focuses on the segmentation of the current Czech rail services, remarking the viewpoint of the market competition, quality of services and costs effectiveness. To reach these three points, it is necessary to change the aged business model into a new one, based on accurate process management, proper outsourcing and B2C services. Another actual issue is the cross-financing across the current service segments of the Czech rail. In the end of the contribution, a holding structure of the Czech rail is proposed.
