eng	Study of the Plastic Deformation in Connection with. the Railway Wheel Treads Damage.	Paper shows research of degradation of wheel tread surface of the electrical vehicle. In the present investigation, the dynamic affected zones under railway wheel flats have been studied by optical microscopy and hardness testing. Response of the investigated wheel materials was described with microstructural characterization. Analysis influence of initial parameters of used steels quality is especially significant standpoints for improvement working time wheel profile.
