In this time the holder of postal license is Czech Post, s.e. It is generally assumed that the volume of letter items will continue to fall thanks to e-mail and electronic communications. The information system of the data boxes is a revolution in the delivery. The official document in paper form is replaced by an electronic document. The aim of this system is to facilitate communication between authorities and citizens and firms - legal entities and entrepreneurs. Through operation of the system of the data boxes the large volume of guaranteed communication will remain in the hands of the Czech Post, s.e. This is an advantage for the Czech Post, s.e., at least within the validity of postal license.
