eng Experiments of Tire as Complex Long-Fibre Composite The article deals with the experiments of tires by statical test machines. The tires consist of polymer matrixes – rubbers and long-filament reinforcements – cords, hence the tires are very complex long-fibre composite. The tires have characteristic specific deformation properties which are determined of their construction as geometry and placement of reinforcements and also tire materials into whole tire-casing. For computational modelling of tires the material parameters of parts of tire are necessary as input data for computational model and the statical deformation characteristics are necessary for verification criteria for comparison computational outputs with experimental data. The material parameters of parts of tire are obtained by statical test machine for tensile test. The test machine called statical adhesor is used for obtained deformation characteristics and after tests the analyses of contact patches are possible by special program. The experimental results of chosen tire are presented in this article. The combination computational modelling with experimental approach is necessary use for prediction real states of tires.
