eng	Multi-criteria decision making and its support for placement of logistics centres	The location of logistic facilities (such as logistics center) is one of the most important things for logistics companies, especially those one which are in fast developing countries, because of the ongoing economic changes. Traditionally this type of decisions is supported by network models optimizations, which are focused on search of configuration for minimal total cost. Practically it turns out that many other intangible factors are of great importance and they can reduce or increase the value of the potential configuration .In this article we give an idea for the essence of Multi-criteria decision making, and also why it is so appropriate for determining the location of logistics centers. Direction of that article is not so much into some exactly calculated problems, but is referred to explaining the basic ideology of Multi-criteria Decision Making, and further the decisions that this method can provide for a key issues arising in its defining.	logistic;economic;multi-criteria decision
