Výsledná cena bude kalkulována jako násobek délky jízdy vlaku, základní ceny dle kategorie trati a koeficientů příslušného produktového a specifických faktorů. Nový systém zpoplatnění bude vycházet z upravených současných a řady nových specifických faktorů vstupujících do výpočtu ceny. Očekávaným přínosem bude zefektivnění využití kapacity a spravedlivé rozlišování cen za užití železniční dopravní cesty, soulad s evropskou legislativou, reflexe reálné poptávky a potřeb železničních dopravců a flexibilita cenové politiky.	železniční dopravní cesta; produktový faktor; specifický faktor
eng	DESIGNING PRICES FOR THE USE OF RAILWAY INFRASTRUCTURE	The current system of charging for railway infrastructure needs to be updated to reflect the current market situation and take account of the new transport strategy set by the European Union, and to reflect legislative changes in relation to the Directive on the creation of a single railway area. The final price will be calculated as a multiple of the length of the train travel, the basic price according to the category and the coefficients of the relevant product and other specific factors. The new pricing system will be based on adapted current and new specific factors entering into the calculation of the price. The expected benefit will be more efficient capacity utilization and equitable price differentiation for the use of railway infrastructure, compliance with European legislation, reflection of real demand and needs of railway operators and flexible pricing policy	railway infrastructure; product factor; specific factor
