eng Tyres - Stress - Strain Study - Computational Modelling This paper is dealing with a creation of a computational tyre model for the stress-strain analyses of the ?tyre versus road?. The computational simulation was resolved by the application of the Finite Element Method using the program system ANSYS. Values obtained from the ?stress-strain? dependence were used for definition of materials character of tire rubber (tread, tread side-edge, stiffener, sidewall, inner liner and bead), textile-cord carcass and steel belt and textile protector ply.
