Generally and also in transport, this progress trends from functional management to process management. It is consequence of radical advance of paradigm of management. That is why there are suggested new organising structures of transport companies. These structures comport with principles of process management and can be used in several types of transport companies. This problematic concerns plain organising structures, which utilize team working and couching. The advantage of these organising structures is in flexible reactions on customer requirements. Only flexible reacting and customer requirements reflecting company can be successful in present competitive transport market. organising structure, customer, fractal organization
